The hotel was in the heart of Palermo. Besides, it was near to all major attractions and the bus stop that goes towards the west of the city and the beach.

I gotta say, I got serious bang for my buck at this place. The room was top-notch and the value was off the charts. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the tourist area with restaurants and convenience right outside. And let me tell ya, the staff at this place were something else. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and gave me all the inside scoop on the best places to visit and eat. Can't recommend this place enough.
Food for breakfast could use a little improvement with more variety perhaps. But hey, when you're staying in a centrally located spot like this, you can't really complain.

The ensuite rooms at Opera House are absolutely stunning! With large, bright windows overlooking the magnificent Teatro Massimo, I couldn't help but feel like I was in a fairytale. The room size was perfect for me as a guest with physical handicaps, allowing easy maneuverability.
Personally, I found the Xbox 360 in the room unnecessary, as I prefer to enjoy the views and explore the city during my stay. But hey, I know some guests might enjoy having it as an entertainment option!

Loved the "mountain view" from the balcony. Great area if you enjoy pricey restaurants and fancy shops. The shared lounge was a thrilling place to share awkward elevator rides with strangers.
The cleanliness was out of this world. literally.

The value for the money at Opera House in Palermo was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Marco, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel more than welcome.
Food for breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city center, making it close and convenient to all the main attractions. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern and well-appointed facilities. the hosts are friendly and accommodating, providing extra amenities such as cookies, candies, and drinks. the property also offers a fully equipped kitchen and recycling bins for environmentally conscious guests.
The daily room service is not provided, which may be a bit inconvenient for some guests expecting frequent housekeeping.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful furniture and artwork created a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. It was a pleasure to relax and socialize in such a lovely setting.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were too busy or not as attentive as they could have been.
